WAK-9 Service Dogs Benefit Dinner — June 9

WAK-9 Service Dogs hosts its annual benefit dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, at the Desert Inn in Madras. The event raises funds for service dog training and placement and includes a silent auction and two firearms raffles — a 9mm handgun and an AR-style rifle. A Ruff Land Kennel raffle is also on the ticket. This is one of the county's top annual charitable dining events, drawing strong community support.

Taproom Talks — June 10

Business-minded residents are invited to Taproom Talks from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, at Over the Edge Taphouse in Madras. This month's sponsor is Capstone Accounting and Tax. Taproom Talks provides an informal setting for local business networking and community conversation.

9th Annual Indian Head Casino Car Show — June 13

The 9th Annual Car Show returns to Indian Head Casino in Warm Springs on Saturday, June 13. Located at 3236 Highway 26 — a scenic stop along the route between Madras and Mount Hood — the show is a beloved tradition drawing classic cars, hot rods, custom builds, and enthusiasts from across Central Oregon and beyond. Made in Jefferson County EDCO Tour — June 18

Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) presents the 2026 Made in Jefferson County Tour on Thursday, June 18, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Madras Sanitary Services. The tour offers participants a behind-the-scenes look at the county's manufacturers and traded-sector businesses — an opportunity to see the economic engine driving Jefferson County from the inside. Madras Rock and Gem Show — June 23-28
