A Community Tradition
Graduation season is one of the most celebrated times of year in Jefferson County. Earlier this week, the Class of 2026 participated in a community walk-through at the Warm Springs K-8 Academy alongside incoming kindergarteners from the Early Childhood Education Center — a tradition marking the full arc of a student’s school journey.
On Sunday, June 7, a community parade honoring all graduates from Warm Springs Head Start through college will take place in Warm Springs, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The parade starts at the old elementary school and ends at the Community Center. Gas cards will be provided to the first 20 vehicle participants.
