Jefferson County is getting its first taste of a Pacific Northwest festival phenomenon later this month. Legends Reloaded, a two-day classic rock tribute band festival produced by Harefest LLC, is coming to the Jefferson County Event Complex in Madras on June 19–20, 2026 — and organizers are billing it as an all-ages celebration of rock’s greatest eras.
About the Festival
Harefest LLC is the regional festival producer behind several popular Pacific Northwest events, including Harefest, Capital City Retro Fest, 90s Flannel Fest, and Seattle Retro Fest. Legends Reloaded is the company’s first event in Central Oregon, and organizers chose the Jefferson County Event Complex — a 50-acre fairgrounds facility in the heart of Madras — as the venue.
The festival features tribute bands paying homage to classic rock legends across both days. All ages are welcome to attend, making it a family-friendly option for residents throughout Jefferson County, Warm Springs, Crooked River Ranch, Culver, and the broader region.

A Busy Summer at the Fairgrounds
Legends Reloaded is just the first in a series of major summer events at the Jefferson County Event Complex. The beloved Jefferson County Fair & Rodeo returns July 21–25, 2026 — one of the anchor events of the county’s summer calendar and a tradition stretching back generations.
The Ninth Annual Car Show at Indian Head Casino is also scheduled for June 13, and the WAK-9 Service Dogs Benefit Dinner takes place June 9 at the Desert Inn (4–8 p.m.), featuring a silent auction, a Ruff Land Kennel raffle, and firearms raffles.
