Jefferson County is getting a summer concert festival. Legends Reloaded, a two-day classic rock tribute festival produced by Pacific Northwest events company Harefest LLC, will take the stage at the Jefferson County Event Complex in Madras on June 19 and 20, 2026.
It's the first time Harefest — the company behind Harefest, Capital City Retro Fest, 90's Flannel Fest, and Seattle Retro Fest — has brought a festival to Jefferson County, and the lineup is ambitious: eleven tribute bands covering some of the most beloved acts in rock history.

Tickets and Camping
General admission weekend passes are $89 until June 18, rising to $105 after that. Single-day Friday tickets are $34; Saturday is $69 (or $45 for entry after 5 p.m.). Kids 12 and under get in free.
RV hookup packages and tent camping are also available for those who want to make a weekend of it. The overnight area is 21 and over only. Tickets can be purchased at harefest.com.
The Jefferson County Event Complex sits on the eastern edge of Madras and has ample open space for a festival footprint. Organizers describe the setting — high desert, wide-open skies — as a fitting backdrop for a night of rock and roll nostalgia.
The festival is all-ages during daytime hours, making it a family-friendly option for Saturday's afternoon lineup before the evening concerts take over.
