Madras High School’s soccer programs are back in action Tuesday with a home-and-away split against Molalla High School.

The boys’ soccer team hosts Molalla at Madras High School, with JV kicking off at 4 p.m. and Varsity following at 6 p.m. Both the JV and Varsity girls’ teams make the road trip to Molalla for their matches.

With October winding down, the OSAA fall sports calendar is entering its final stretch. For soccer programs across the state, these late-season contests carry added weight as teams jockey for playoff positioning and regional standing.

Football Finishes Regular Season

The Madras White Buffalos varsity football squad has navigated a tough 2026 fall season, carrying a 1-5 overall record and a 0-2 league mark heading into the final regular-season games. The 4A Tri-Valley Conference has been highly competitive this fall, and the Buffalos have gained valuable game experience with a roster that includes several underclassmen expected to anchor next year’s program.

While postseason play is unlikely for football this year, coaches and supporters have emphasized finishing the season with effort and purpose—lessons that will carry forward into winter and spring sports, and into a new football season next fall.

Volleyball Season Also Concluding

The White Buffalos girls volleyball team continues its fall schedule as the regular season winds toward its close. Updated schedules and results are available through the Madras High School athletics page at mhs.jcsd.k12.or.us.
